IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR...

Our presidency loves each and every member of this ward.

We have the privilage and opportunity to serve in a calling together.

We love visiting and dropping off goodies.

This is our 3rd year delivering fruit baskets to

very special members.

We also enjoy getting together and visting with one another.

This year as we assembled baskets we had a pot-luck dinner.

Roasted veggies, baked fontinas, hummus and vegetables, and

pumpkin pie with a yummy topping.

All because 4 people accepted a call to serve.

I love Joanie, Heidi and Michelle so much.

We laugh, we cry, we pray and teach one another

 but most often we express gratitude for this time to

serve the sisters of the union 3rd ward and of our time together.

The Christmas season is here, and if you are still deciding on what to do for your neighbors please read on:

It was suggested that a neighborhood service project be offered in place of doing neighborhood gifts. This was mentioned in the newsletter last month. We are also mentioning it in the blog for those that might have missed the announcement.

Several friends and neighbors already donated blankets at our Ward Christmas party. The blankets went to the road home. They could use around 10,000 blankets this year.
