Fatherhood is not a matter of station or wealth,” said President Ezra Taft Benson. “It is a matter of desire, diligence, and determination to see one’s family exalted in the celestial kingdom. If that prize is lost, nothing else really matters” (Ensign, May 1981, p. 36).
********
Every year for Fathers Day we honor the men in our ward
by giving out treats. Sometimes pies, and the last
3 years doughnuts and milk.
We love the Fathers in our own families and our ward family that
live by example, and teach their little ones the gospel.
We have great children in this ward,
and one of the reasons why is because we have wonderful dads
who care and take the time to nurture their loved ones.
Happy Fathers Day Union 3rd ward♥♥♥
