January Relief Society Activity....

It was a cold and dreary night in January with a spectacular moon outside.
Inside Heidi's home there was warmth,
laughter, and sisterhood with hungry tummies for Elaine's tortillas..

We had 16 show up!!! a great turn out for a mid-week activity.

Elaine was a wonderful teacher, explaining everything in detail,

with "I love you guys" intermixed...Truly Elaine has captured the hearts of the sisters in the union 3rd ward.
Elaine also made a yummy meat filling to go inside the tortillas

We enjoyed a Spanish rice with veggies in it.

The finished product was delicious!!!

Thank you so much Elaine for teaching us
how to make tortillas for our families and sharing your sweet spirit.
WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!

Thanks Heidi for sharing your kitchen and making us all feel so welcome.
Your homemade salsa and chips were the perfect touch!!
