Weddings and Funerals...
Clara Hilton is still collecting money for weddings in the ward, If you want to participate.

We have changed Funerals just a bit with the economic challenges that many of us face. We will no longer be collecting money. We will continue to call and let members know when a spouse, child or parent dies. The Relief Society makes a visit to the families and delivers a DVD about the Ressurection.The gift is from "all members" of the ward.
If you want to do more, please do so.

Sister Beck said most of the essential Relief Society work doesn't happen in meetings. "A sister has no other responsibility outside of her family that has the potential to do as much good as does visiting teaching."
